Giovanni Caprara is science editor for Corriere della Sera and President of the Italian Union of Scientific Journalists. He’s the author of many books about history of science and space exploration translated into english. He won the European Science Writers Awards of Euroscience Foundation (2010) and the Award for Scientific Communication of Italian Physics Society (2016). Thanks to the International Astromical Union and Harvard University, an asteroid bears his name. He is a professor at the Polytechnic of Milan.
