Andrea Moro is Professor of General Linguistics at the Scuola Universtiaria Superiore IUSS Pavia (Italy). He specialized at the University of Geneva and has been visiting scientist at Harvard and MIT as a Fulbright student. He studies the syntax of human languages; in particular symmetrical structures and the neurobiological correlates of syntax in human brains. He wrote a novel: Il segreto di Pietramala (2018) which was awarded an international literary prize (Flaiano).
