INFN - National Institute for Nuclear Physics

Degree in Physics in Milano with Laude (1980). From 1980 to 1984 worked at CERN to study Charm mesons and Baryons. From 1985 to 2004 member of the Focus collaboration at Chicago's Fermilab where I extensively studied the properties of Charm  hadrons. Since 2004 to today member of the CMS Collaboration (CERN), co-author of the paper on the discovery of the Higgs boson. I've been responsible for may institutional duties for INFN. Author of two books on physics for the general public.
