(Ph.D.) is pro-rector of innovation and digitalization at the University of Bergamo and full professor at the Department of Business Sciences, director of the master's program in digital business development at the SdM- Scuola di Alta Formazione of the same university. Her scientific research mainly focuses on innovation and digitization of business models, digital branding, digital marketing and social media marketing. His research works are published in international scientific journals, including: Journal of Advertising, Organization Studies, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing and Journal of Service Theory and Practice. She is a member of the editorial board of the Italian Journal of Marketing, consulting editor of the International Journal of Management Reviews, member of the editorial board of Journal of Product and Brand Management and member of the review board of Journal of Business Research.Finally, she has developed many innovative training paths for university students, managers and companies and since 2019 organizer of Digital Day in Bergamo.
