Monia Santini (PhD) is the Director of the Division Impacts on Agriculture, Forests and Ecosystem Services (IAFES) of the Foundation Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC).
She holds a master’s degree in Geological Sciences from the Sapienza University of Rome and a PhD in Forest Ecology at University of Tuscia in Viterbo.
Since more than 15 years, she deals with model-based quantification of climate, water, soil and plants feedback, with focus on water resources and on droughts.
