Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, after a 2-year experience as a project engineer in the oil & gas sector, he joined STMicroelectronics in 2004 as process engineer of ultrapure water production plants; became responsible for this area in 2006 and for the site's environmental plants in 2011. He became corporate technical contact for treatment and purification plants. Since 2016 Director of Facilities at the Agrate Brianza site, he is part of the Building and Facilities core team in the project to build the innovative AGRATE300 300mm production complex. In 2019 he is appointed, to coordinate the task force for global direct emissions reduction, within the "carbon neutrality 2027" program. From 2023 he is Director of General Services for the Agrate and Cornaredo sites, adding new responsibilities to the previous perimeter, including environmental sustainability.
