Alberto Traverso is a clinical physicist trained in oncology. His research group focuses on empowering real world evidence healthcare data with Artificial Intelligence algorithms for personalised cancer treatment. He is a visiting professor at the Academic hospital in Maastricht (NL), the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (Toronto), and Harvard Medical School (USA). He also holds the role of academy manager of the European DIGICORE group (Digital Institute for cancer research)
